Brittney Bramlett is a family law attorney in the Dallas office of Bailey & Galyen. She represents clients in all areas of family law, with particular emphasis in the areas of divorce litigation, suits affecting parent-child relationship, and modifications.
During her legal training, Brittney fell in love with family law, due in large part to the unique combination of close client relationships and creative property division solutions. Texas families often run businesses together, hold mineral interests, or generate income from unique investments. These assets are common issues during divorce disputes. With an extensive business background prior to entering law school, she is uniquely equipped to handle these complex property divisions.
Brittney received her J.D. degree from Baylor Law School, where she completed academic tracts in business litigation, fiduciary litigation, and civil litigation. She is a member of the Baylor Barrister Society, recognizing excellence in mock court competitions. Prior to graduation, Brittney interned for the Honorable David Schenck at the 5th Court of Appeals and Judge Martin Hoffman of the 68th Civil District Court in Dallas. She is also a certified mediator in the state of Texas.
Originally from Southern California, Brittney received her MBA degree from San Diego State University in 2009, and her B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado in 2007.
